Terms of Service
1. Agreement to These Terms
Bloodborne pathogens training is required at hire and at least once a year thereafter. The training itself matters, but so does the record: a signed, dated roster is what turns "we did it" into "we can prove it."
2. Our Services
MWM provides regulated medical, biohazardous, sharps and pharmaceutical waste collection, transportation, treatment and disposal, along with related OSHA compliance support, for healthcare facilities in Florida. Service availability, frequency and pricing are defined in your individual service agreement.
3. Accounts & Customer Portal
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Service Agreements & Billing
Pickup services are governed by your signed one-page service agreement. Invoices are due as stated on each invoice. Our flat monthly fee does not include taxes or charges required by law. Non-payment may result in suspension of service consistent with your agreement and applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You agree to package, label and segregate waste in accordance with applicable regulations and any instructions we provide.
6. Compliance Information Disclaimer
Compliance content on this site is provided for general information only and is not legal advice. Regulations change; you remain responsible for your facility's compliance. Verify requirements with the relevant authorities.
7. Third-Party Links
The site may link to third-party websites and services (such as billing or scheduling portals). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MWM is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
