We switched to MWM 4 years ago after many years of being overcharged for medical waste services. We received a quote for half of what we used to pay. It is not only about cost, their service is excellent. They come out to our practice as scheduled, always on time and their employees are super professional and very friendly. In addition, they provide our office with Sharps containers and bags. For anyone out there using any other medical waste company I urge you to call MWM a call and request a quote. You will be glad you did.

Billed for over a year for services we did not receive and cancelled. I have emailed, called and left messages since August of 2023 and have not received a response since 9/15/23 when Stephanie was going to investigate further and speak with the owner because she could not explain the charges. Lack of professionalism and courtesy. I have copies of everything...still no response. Be careful and document everything all your transactions and communications!
